The community of vintage r/c collectors is one of web sites and memberships to clubs. After going from one end of the Internet to the other, I have compiled a list web sites that I think you find very useful. If you want to see your site listed on Vintage RC Web just send an e-mail from the contact page and include your logo.
Here is a great site started by a great person. This site is devoted to the fire breathing, earth burning, 4 wheel drive legend the Kyosho Landjump. You can also find rare items for sale on eBay at the Landjump.net store.
Tommy, from the south of Sweden has a great site with the best example of the Kyosho Beetle I've ever seen. He has quite a few rare buggies and did an excellent job on this great site. The hobby needs more people like him!
Here is Theo's Tamiya Temple, if you have been into vintage r/c for anytime at all, you know his site very well. If not, take a look. This was one of the first sites that helped me get started.
Martin's site comes to us all the way from Denmark. He has very detailed information on his collection. The time and effort put fourth on this really shows.
I have been working with Landjump.com for quite a while. One of the the first sites specific to the Kyosho Landjump/Vanning nitro buggies. The owner is a great guy and has helped me quite a bit. Give his site a look.
Big Al's web site is full of vintage Tamiya kits. He has informed me that he has a lot of new stuff to add to what he has already. Big Al has done a very good job on this clean well thought out site.
The rc-car-museum web site is written in german, of course you can translate this site using google. Achim, the web master, has done a great job and has some very rare Kyosho kits like the Beetle. Great job Achim!
Tower Hobbies has a very large directory of r/c sites some vintage sites can be found on this list. All you have to is post their logo on your site to get listed.
Here is a site that comes out of the UK. Great layout and very well thought through. The models are some of the best examples I've seen. Well worth a visit.
Roby has the most amazing collection of Tamiya Toyota Hilux kits that can be found anywhere. The great thing about Roby is, his collection is more than just box after box of unbuilt kits. Truly a great place to learn!
Here is one of the first sites I came across when I stated my search for information on vintage r/c. This great site comes to us from Italy. Lots of NIB stuff for sale also. Great site!
RC Grabbag is a great site with a wealth of information and great images. Their slogan is "anything and everything r/c". This site really does have it all. The Tamiya promo videos are the best on the web.
